this is the space we always wished existed on campus — somewhere to tinker, break things, and build with friends until late, fueled by nothing but curiosity and chai.
so we're building it. right now. galgotias buildspace is brand new — no portfolio, no famous alumni, no trophy wall. just a room, a plan, and the conviction that the best builders at this university haven't been given a home yet.
nobody here will ask for your cgpa or your resume. ai, hardware, games, robots, weird internet art — it doesn't matter what you're building. it matters that you're building.

no. you need an itch — something you want to exist. a tool, a game, a robot, a film, anything. if you've been thinking about it for weeks, that's the one.
i'm a first year / i'm not technical. can i apply?+
yes and yes. builders come in every flavor — coders, designers, hardware tinkerers, writers, people who are just relentlessly resourceful. if you make things, you count.
how much time does it take?+
it runs nights & weekends, built around your classes. one weekly build night with the cohort is the only fixed commitment — the rest is up to your obsession.
what does it cost?+
nothing. it's free for galgotias students. all we ask is that you actually show up and build.

exactly because it's brand new. season 01 isn't joining a club — it's founding one. the first cohort gets to shape what this place becomes, and 'i was in season 01' only happens once.
